    Are there any other qualifications other than being a boot-strap business owner?

    • We aim to feature a diverse range of business categories and ethnic backgrounds, so we collect this information upon intake. 
    • You can be in any phase of your business except the Exit Stage. 
    • You also agree to sign a model release so we can use your image, and complete a questionnaire so we can get your backstory. 
    • Franchisees and similar business owners are not eligible for this project.

    What opportunities are there for networking with other participants beyond the initial photoshoot?

    Our roadmap includes plans to host virtual networking events, enabling our participants to connect and engage with each other.

    Will I receive regular updates on the project's progress?

    Yes, all participants will receive regular email updates on our project's progress. Additionally, we will provide updates during our networking events, keeping you informed every step of the way. And, of course, you can always come back to this website.

    When will I receive my keepsake magazine?

    You will receive your keepsake magazine once the entire project is completed. We aim to publish it after all participant stories have been compiled and the magazine is finalized. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.

    Are there any payment plans or financial assistance options available for the fee?

    Payments are made in two installments: a deposit of $1,000 holds your spot, and the remaining balance of $1,500 is payable three weeks before your photoshoot. If you need more flexibility, check with your credit card as some offer installment plans for large purchases.

    What's in the prep-guide?

    Our preparation guide provides everything you need to get ready for the shoot day, stress-free. It features a style guide that helps you choose your outfits with confidence.


    How long does the entire process take from the photoshoot to publishing the feature article?

    The article creation process starts after your photoshoot is completed. Crafting the article takes time as it is written by our talented author, Ally. Once finalized, it will be queued for publication in Moondust and The Gal Project. We will notify you via email once your article goes live, so you can promote it.
